- ✓ Incorrect line items or variations received due to a fulfillment center processing mismatch.
Not Eligible for Return / Replacement
- ✕ Reconstituted products (any compound mixed with bacteriostatic water, saline, or alternative solvents).
- ✕ Transit or structural damage claims submitted entirely without clear photo or video documentation.
- ✕ Products subjected to improper environmental storage, UV exposure, or handling degradation post-delivery.
