At Certa Peptide, we maintain the highest standards of molecular integrity. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, our refund and return protocols are strictly enforced to ensure safety and scientific accuracy.
All Sales are Final
Once a product leaves our climate-controlled facility, we cannot accept returns. This prevents cross-contamination and ensures research reliability.
Shipping Damage
Damaged or leaking items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence for a full replacement.
01. Replacement Eligibility
Replacements or store credits are only authorized under the following conditions:
- Incorrect item received (Product mismatch).
- Physical compromise of the vial or vacuum seal during transit.
- Verification of a logistics error by the carrier (Lost in Transit).
02. Lost or Stolen Packages
Certa Peptide is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend utilizing secure delivery locations or signature requirements for high-value research orders. For lost transit (no scans for 14 days), we will initiate a carrier claim on your behalf.
03. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before the fulfillment status is set to "Processing" or "Shipped." Once a tracking number is generated, the order is locked into the logistics chain and cannot be reversed.
